FBI IAFIS IQS Appendix F Certification

The certification provides assurance to users that certified products meet or exceed FBI interoperability standards and will work with the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Information System (IAFIS). It ensures that the images used are high quality and support all phases of identification for fingerprint experts and the IAFIS. Appendix F has stringent image quality conditions, focusing on the human fingerprint comparison and facilitating large scale machine many-to-many matching operation.

Advanced Rolled Image Construction Technology (ARIC)

RealScan-F features Advanced Rolled Image Construction (ARIC) technology using Suprema's unique slip detection algorithm for constructing rolled fingerprint images. With ARIC technology, RealScan-F performs over 15 fps frame rate in roll capturing which ensures highest image quality and lower error rate in capturing sequences.

Powerful Internal DSP

Every RealScan-F equipped powerful 400MHz CPU which enables high-speed image processing in capturing, storing, processing and transferring. With the CPU, Suprema's unique Image Pre-Processing technique results more frame rates in capturing and & richer pixel throughput hence produces better image quality. It also minimizes device's initialization time to less than one second.

Intuitive Control Panel and Color LCD Display

All your settings and operations are easily confirmed in the wide 2.4" color LCD with clear, easy-to-read fonts & icons. RealScan-F also features a 5-way navigation button, an operating button & a pedal switch. LCD and buttons are conveniently located on top for simple, instant and hands-free operation. Most basic settings and operations are controllable from on-device buttons, without having to access the host PC.

5.2" Extra Wide Platen for Easier Capturing

Wide & solid, the RealScan-F's 5.2 inch platen is the largest size in its class and ensures easier capturing when placing hands. The solid & scratch-free surfaces makes it durable for many kinds of stains & damages.

Ergonomic Design & Construction

The RealScan-F body has been ergonomically crafted to allow obstruction-free use for all kinds of fingerprint capturing. Ideally indented front panel allows seamless hand moves in rolled print and two thumbs captures In addition, the platen area is precisely sealed to protect optical structure against invasive moisture, dust and even liquid spillage.

Shipping

Subject to stock availability, for UK shipments we use a next day courier service to mainland UK, and a 48-hour service to Ireland. Other destination in Europe are 3-5 days. The daily cut-off for dispatching goods is 11am daily. Delivery cannot be guaranteed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world but there are Export License restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Battery shipment is also restricted by airline regulations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Stock

We aim to accurately reflect the stock position of our warehouse, but we cannot guarantee accuracy due to multiple shipment channels.

If we experience a stock shortage, then we will aim to give to an estimated date of dispatch, and confirm more formally once the manufacturer shipment has occurred. You mat cancel your order during this process.

Returns Policy

Our 1st inspection policy permits you to return new, unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Some items are excluded from this offer as they are consumables (e.g. UareU 4500 readers)

For the first 30 days, DelaneyBiometrics will replace or repair items under warranty at our sole discretion. Thereafter or if the issue requires a manufacturer inspection, goods will need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. This typically takes 4 weeks.

In the event of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
